- `[Audit reports](reports/)`: one document per numbered report (`YYYY-NN`), 2020–present — findings, recommendations, and the audited agency's response as its own section. `audited_period_start/_end` is the period examined, **not** the report date.
- `[Source manifest](_meta/source-manifest.yml)`: every upstream report enumerated from the Audits Division's SharePoint list, human-approved before ingestion, with numbering gaps (e.g. GAGAS 3.34 withdrawals) recorded rather than skipped.
